Smugling across the border....
a man is smugles things but what?
A couple of on duty border guards between the US and Canada were patrolling at a crossing when they saw an approaching motorcyclist heading for the states. Thinking something surely was suspicious they waved him over to the side of the road. Approaching the biker, they ask if he had anything to declare. "No." he said "but feel free to look." They asked what he might have in his bike's saddlebags? "Rocks," he responded. The guards proceeded to unload everything from his saddlebags. All that was found was rocks. Finally, they waved him on.
This same scenario was repeated week after week. It was driving the guards nuts because they knew something must be going on.
Finally on the next visit they waved the biker over once again. They told him they knew he was doing something wrong but couldn't figure it out. They promised that no charges of any kind would be brought against him but they had to know what he was smuggling.
The biker grinned broadly, "I'm bringing in stolen motorcycles!"
